tahini recipe?

I have been searching for a long time trying to find a recipe. I hate to buy it already made when i have sesame seeds coming out of my ears. Can anyone give me a recipe for it? I checked Alissas book and could not find it in there. Thanks

Hi PuffysMom -

I soak unhulled sesame seeds for @ 12 hours, sprout for a few days, and blend with lemon or lime juice and herbs like parsley, chives, basil, etc. Very easy and very tasty!
