I just got done reading Angela Stokes book on juice feasting and I'm interested in getting started, but I'm wondering how important it is to have all the supplements and oils she listed before getting started? Right now I have coconut oil, hemp oil, bee pollen, and kelp just around the house, but it's going to strain my budget to purchase green powder, msm, and other such things all at once. Is it better for me to wait or to go ahead and just get started with what I have? And what supplements/superfoods do you think are the most important ones to have from the beginning of the juice feast?

We have descussed this lots on here and you should check out This chicky-chick- Gwena, she's talked with Angela in person. http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=rawbazaar
She's on here too - on the fasting bandits thread - http://www.rawfoodtalk.com/showthread.php?t=25771
I have Angela's book as well, I want to do it for at least a month during summer while going through Colonics. I have been RAW for 5 months now and feel ready. I would want to supplement as much as possible. Especially if your doing it long term. You should find lotsa people on here who are doing it - can give you advice ! :D
