The Calzone is amazing!!! The only problem is it takes a strategic plan on timing I think. Between sprouting the buckwheat, the first dehydration, the 2nd dehydration, you just need to plan so it's done at a meal time, not in the middle of the night. Warm out of the dehydrator w/ fresh marinara, I thought I'd gone to heaven!

I know what you mean Marigold - falafels :D
I've always wondered about them - something I wished I'd tried before going raw - let us know how they are!

I just made the calzones for a friend and he is begging me to open a pizza place.
Just pizza, calzones and cannolis. HA! He said he'd put up all the money for it also! I agree the calzones are a long recipe. They are pretty easy to make but a bunch of steps. Once you make them once though its a breeze!
Try the falafels in the book, they take about 5 minutes to make and they are made with almonds not chickpeas so you dont have to sprout them.
