After drinking the rest of the coconut, what can I do with the rest of it?

As in... what is the best way to harvest the coconut meat, store it, use it etc???

I've been drinking young coconuts before my workouts and don't want to waste the rest!

I put the milk and the meat in the blender and then drink it together in smoothies! You could just eat it with a spoon too!:)

Find a book with a recipe that uses it; then scoop it out and add it to whatever recipe would use it. ORRRRR, throw it in a smooooozie! :D

:confused: What actually IS a young coconut?... I mean I know only normal coconuts... are young coconuts different...? easier to eat and how do they look?:confused:

They are white thai coconuts that have a pointy top on them.

My favourite thing to do with young coconut meat is Ye Olde Chocolate Pudding :D
