I had purchased a brand new Braun Multimix at my local thrift store

This morning while ironing my husband broke the cup part it cracked at the bottom.
He knew i would be very upset so he said he would buy me another one but the whole thing only cost $7.00 and if i purchase it from the company it goes for $54.00.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what i could do?
It cracked on the bottom, a piece came off so it can't be glued back together:( i tried.
Any ideas on what i should do?

I'd contact the company to see how much just the bowl costs. They always sell spare parts... I checked ebay for you but they have just about every part but the bowl!

Oh what a bummer. But shoot, if you can afford a new one, milk it for all it's worth, you know, sad, sob story to hubby and get yerself a brand spankin' new one!

Hello! You can call the company-sometimes they have parts.
Duct tape is silvery/grey tape that holds well.
Ebay.com may have it.

they only sell the complete set.
I will just keep checking with the thrift stores in my area to see if someone donates another one or at less the bowl part, i never know what i'll find.
The price for a new one is $54.00.
My husband broke it, he irons his own clothes, he's very picky that way. I use to mine when we first got married but now:) i love him doing it for himself.
Thanks for all the ideas. I put the bottom part in a bowl that it would fit in and even though it has a small hole where the break is it's still usable.
It doesn't work as well as before but it can be used.
