Just eat it plain by the spoonful - especially if you are fatigued or craving a sugary SAD desert.

i eat it plain

the ideas above are excellent...
you can also use it (very little) in the ends of your hair. just rub a tiny bit onto hands...then wipe some off onto arms or elbows, then what's left over is perfect to dab into damp (towel dried) hair ends first...then sweep over top of head to glue down fly aways. the thicker your hair is the more you can use.
just wait for the compliments!
all the best. jen

So I bought coconut oil. It is hard. Can I just spoon that out and put into smoothies? Or do I need to liquidize it first? How long to I put it in warm water to do that??? Should I spoon out what I want and put that in the warm water to liquidize it? Help please. :)

I like to melt it a little before using it in smoothies. I just run a little hot water over the jar. It melts at a relatively low temp so you dont have to worry about overheating it.
