here is one recipie I just love.

Artichokes with mayo was
my favorite treat.

Now, eating all raw food
they are non existent
because they are
not very good raw
as you all know.

I have been experimenting
but havent come up with
a good substitute for this
endearing snack.

Maybe this will be one of my cheats.

Do you have a cheat that you allow
yourself?

Artichokes with mayo? I've never heard of that. But what about making an artichoke/spinach dip raw? You could marinate your artichoke hearts and then blend them with spinach and raw mayo...

I just got back from whole foods - where I bought an artichoke just to experiment! :)
