Okay, I know that this is a kerazzzyyyy question BUT....

Do you think that exercise can bring on emotional detox? Like emotions that are stored in your body are trying to come out?

EVERYTIME I start to seriously exercise and move my body, even breathing stretches, etc, I want to cry... I can feel myself getting really really edgy and almost weepy. I DON'T cry, but it usually makes me want to stop....

Any thots?

I think it does happen on occassion. I know I experienced similar things when I first went raw and started exercising. I think the body pushes those toxins out and some emotional detox probably gets pushed out along with it! Especially when a person has body issues - I think exercising will help reshape our opinions and help us gain healthy attitudes! :D

Yes, I definitely think it can happen!!

Though I think RESTING speeds all kind of detox up!!
But it happened to me too! When I overdo(does this word exist? ) and that happenes quite some times to me... then I get tired and burned out and then often sad:( Especially when I amcompletely finished up next day...

Anyway... even emotional detox is a thing you can manage if you have lovely support like this wonderfull forum and those wonderfull bloggerladies:D
