I made for b-fast this morning an avo, some cacao powder, some agave and whipped it in the blender and I had chocolate pudding - YUM-OH! You can add coconut and/or nuts or berries to it. Possibilities are endless.
Alissa also has the lemon/avo pudding which is VERY refreshing on a hot summer's day!

Here is the thread I "think" you may be referring to: http://www.rawfoodtalk.com/showthread.php?t=25891
I saw that someone mentioned it was one of Alissa's recipes, so I searched in her book, but it wasn't under desserts - but it IS listed in the "dips" section and it's Banana-Avo Dip with the banana, avocado and garlic. I've not tried it yet as the garlic part just kinda throws me :o ... but I HAVE done the avocado chocolate pudding that Veganforlife mentioned and LOVE it! I also made Alissa's Lemon pudding with avo and that's really good too!

Ah. . . I have a dandy little recipe for mock chocolate pudding that I serve my kiddos for breakfast for kicks. :D
(My kids can eat lots of this, so you may want to halve the recipe) ~
8 avos
Soaked dates to sweeten (approx. 10)
Carob to taste (until it's a chocolate brown color)
Coconut water (just enough to gain the pudding consistency - or you can make it thicker and use the mixture as a frosting!)
Blend it all up and viola!

VitalHarvest - I love the way you said you feed it to them for kicks. That's like the way I love to see peoples' reactions when my kids tell them they have chocolate shakes for breakfast!
