Sprouted buckwheat vs. buckwheat flour?

Can anyone tell me the difference between sprouted buckwheat and buckwheat flour? Where would I get sprouted buckwheat?

Then dehydrate this and grind the sprouted, dehydrated buckwheat using either a coffee grinder or a mortar and pestle.

Here is what you want - HULLED buckwheat. And it literally takes no time at all to sprout. You want just a wee bit of a tail started. And rinse every day at least 2 x.
