Toasted Eziekiel Bread... is is still raw?

I keep my Eziekiel Bread in the freezer. Is it still raw if I toast it?

Nope...and Ezekiel bread isn't raw anyways.

Unfortunately no - in fact, it's not even raw when you don't toast it. According to their website, they cook their bread at around 200 degrees which renders it not raw. Some use it as a transitional bread and if you choose to keep it in your diet, that is defintetly your perogative...but either way you slice it ( ;) ) it's not raw.
