Hi guys, I need your help for my raw cooking class due next sunday. The recipes are okay and tested :D but I don't know any easy drink to make for 15 people... other than some almond mylk.
Any idea?
I was thinking about lemonade with fresh mint leaves, but i would like it to be a little sweet, and I cannot use honey for my vegan guests... and I do not find raw agave nectar here in Italy. Not to speak about Stevia which is forbidden right now.
Thank you!

How about sun teas? Kombucha teas? Filtered water, lemon and a bit of ginger?

Juiced carrots, blended with whole oranges and strawberries and crushed ice. Call it the Sunrise Surprise...Delicious ( save carrot pulp for crackers)
grated ginger root and bits of lime over ice makes a good Snappy Water:) I carry this in a water bottle all day sometimes, great appetite supressant.

Why don't you just make a blender of green smoothies? A knife, a cutting board and a blender. All you need! Easy clean up too! Can make two or three different ones in a very short period of time.

I agree - The Green Smoothie is the greatest gift you can give them, and FAR easier than anything involving fresh juice. You will already have a blender present if you are showing Almond Milk.
