Well...

dust yerself off and get back on in the morning! You may be bruised from your fall, but you're not broken...;)

The quicker you get back on, the better. You're certainly not alone...

Don't sweat it. I ate a cooked dinner 9 days ago. I haven't let it get me down. It actually helped me focus on maintaining 100% afterwards. I have been 100% raw for 9 days since then, and am going in for the May challenge. If you start going through detox again, that will probably help inspire you to stay raw. It did for me.

From my understanding, it gets easier each time. I know you can get sick as a dog with a cooked meal after being raw for sometime, but doesnt your body just bounce back quickly?

I rem through my transitioning, after I ate a cooked meal & got sick for an hour (lol) I woke up every 3am craving oranges so badly. Every single time.

I thought I've had cravings before, but no craving is like a raw craving it's entirely diff.

My husband and I ate at Ryan's buffet. I planned to have a salad and fresh fruit, but ate cooked instead. I felt terrible my stomach was too full and I didn't even eat that much. I looked around at everyone with these huge plates of cooked meats and foods and thought I was going to gag. I will never go back there again, not even for my husband.

Buffets make me wan to puke in general, even my favorite Chineses buffet.

HEre is a mental picture to keep you out o there.

Imagine all those dirty hand, nose picker, bathroom going without washing folks eating that finger lickin' good chicken and then touching the salad tongs that you have to touch too.
