Q's About Wheatgrass and Young Coconut juice

I was wondering if anyone else gets like a niacin flush after drinking wheatgrass juice? I searched the site and didn't see anything specific to wheatgrass. Also, what is young coconut supposed to taste like. I bought one and the juice inside did not taste like coconut juice. This did not taste fresh or at all palatable. Thanks

I've never gotten a niacin flush from wheatgrass juice. It's interesting that you do. Young coconut juice is delicious. If yours doesn't taste good, it isn't good. It shouldn't be purple. Purple is a sign that it's spoiled.
