Has anyone else turned into a rabbit? :)

I was at my mom and dad's house yesterday, walking around my mom's garden. She's got kale and collards in there, and they've bloomed off at the tops, leaving these tiny, tender green bud clusters. My mom told me she eats them every day in a salad, so I tried one. My goodness. I started basically tucking into the kale plant. :) I wish I could find these in my HFS, because I could eat an entire bowl of them. Amazing!! Does anyone know if you can get kale or collard "buds" anywhere?

I don't know if I've turned into one but I have an adopted house rabbit. I always tell people that I eat the same as my rabbit except she gets thehay not me. I do challengeher from time to time by sticking one end of a collard green or kale or some other big leafy green in my mouth end she gets the other end and we race to the middle. She always win. Rabbits can chow a lot of greens in a short time.
My neighbors may think I'm weird when they see me picking dandelion from the yard and eating it.

Hehe...I found out that the flowers outside one of the campus buildings were edible and decided it would be fun to eat them...I took them home and my roommate about flipped out.
