i met a master herbologist and iridologist a few weeks ago, and she has been raw for quite some time now. she told me some interesting stuff that really made me think.
she said that those with removed thyroids, pancreases, gall bladders, and teeth... after going raw for a while their bodies REGREW! the missing organs...
so much for a doctor telling you "its really a useless organ"
then WHY IS IT THERE!?

Amen rawsurfer Amen!
I have always said and always believed that everything has a purpose. I always find it one of the most ridiculous things when I hear a doctor say to someone "you can live without out it"... yeah but what is the quality of life and how has the body's function been altered? Doctors expect us to believe that we have some "things" inside of us just uselessly floating about- so bizzare!

That's awesome!
Is she high raw or 100%?
Also, I would love to see any articles, or testimonials from the folks who have experienced such dramatic regenerative phenomena.

Wow, regeneration was on another thread here recently. I have heard of teeth remineralizing so I do not get too concerned about my citrus. Have also heard about teeth regrowing (a third chance) but I would like to see accumulated data on that as well as the other circumstances of organ regeneration. Gives me hope.

I had impacted wisdom teeth that put holes in my back molars and pressed them too tight against the molars in front of them. I have had all 4 wisdom teeth removed, and one of the rear molars that was pretty mashed up. I have one molar that has a good sized hole in it from all this damage. If it fills in, then I would be glad to report this. I will say this, it has not bothered me lately. It was pretty sensitive there, but has not bothered me one bit for a month now.

My sensitive tooth has not bothered me either and i am now using a organic toothpaste instead of the one for sensitive teeth. I never associated it with my eating Raw but if that is what is helping that is great. Now i want my thyroid back. I have it but being radiated i am now hopeing it comes back to life. That would be the greatest thing that could happen to me aside of my ps clearing up.
I keep amazing myself with all the energy i have and how much i can do these days. I went to a friends house to dig her a garden bed. I got tired as it is in a forest and full of all those little roots but a year go i would not have been able to do it. HOORAY FOR RAW. This is only 2 months of Raw. Think of how i will feel after many many months of it. Watch out world:D

I have to dig a few garden beds, too!!! It is so inspiring to read you were able to do it after only 2 months RAW!!!!! :D hm... I'll be digging mid-May then. :p
The thing I look forward to in RAW is how my skin looks. Without makeup, everyone seem to mention I always look sick or very pale. :o
