What is it? I keep reading about people being "high raw", or their kids are still "high raw". What does that mean?
 lol

It means that they eat a vegan diet focused mostly on raw plant foods. This is opposed to a vegan diet consisting of a lot of tofu, cooked grains, rice, pasta, etc...
It's a HIGH percentage of raw foods - like 80% or so...
Hope this helps.

It means they eat mostly raw, though I would disagree with the previous poster that it necessarily means they are vegan, though certainly some people who are high raw are also vegan.
Myself, if someone asks me to define "how" raw I am, I say I'm 100% raw most of the time, though I prefer not to define my diet at all. While most of the time I eat all raw, I do occasionally eat cooked food. So I guess that makes me high raw!
