If you can list, them in order.
Here are mine (order of priority more or less). Red is what I don’t have yet.
Appliances
Blender – we have two; use them 3+ times a day
Mini food processor –
wheat grass extractor/juicer – used daily
Dehydrator
Large food processor
Juicer
Ice cream maker – not essential, but I want ice cream!
Tools
Set of knives
Various Pyrex wet measuring cups (various sizes)
Dry measuring cups
Measuring spoons
Garlic press
Spiral slicer - cant wait to have pasta!
Salad spinner – sick of watered salad
I have many other kitchen tools that I use, but those are what I use the most. All of this might change as time goes by...

All I have right not is a blender and a food processor. My next purchase will probably be a new blender since my old one is starting to leak out the bottom. After that, who knows?

Hi,
What type of dehydrator do you have? I'm not sure if I need to get an expensive one or not.

BLENDER!!!
That really is it as far as "must" haves for me.
We have a salad spinner as well, which is nice, but isn't a "must have".
We also have a large (14 cup) food processor, but I don't use it near as often as I thought I would - I might take it back, lol.
I don't think I'll ever buy a juicer.
A dehydrator would be nice, but I'm in no rush (my husband, on the other hand, is jonesing for one BAD! lol).
I'd love a couple of new knives. Ours are so old and dull.
And a spiral slicer might be fun, just for the experience, lol.
Oooh, and one day a vita-mix ... just to see what the rave is about them (see if kale truly can be blended up smooth, lol). But until then, my cheap lil oyster blender does a GREAT job!

I don't think I have any thing on my "need" list now. But I currently use:
Excalibur 9 Tray Dehydrator
My mom's very old Cuisinart Food Processor (works so much better than the Black & Decker one I bought when I first went raw)
L'Equip RPM Blender
Braun Juicer (love it -- bought another one last year off of e-bay that I thought was better and it was a mess)
Knives (could be sharper)
fridge and freezer
I have a spiral slicer, but haven't used it yet (shame on me!!! )

I was wanting a Vitamix so badly last year and was trying to figure out how to save for it (had already spent a big chunk on the dehydrator, which I just LOVE) -- but anyway, I read on-line that Cooks Magazine rated the L'Equip above the Vitamix. I think there was a Consumer Report right afterwards that did the same.
So I looked into it and saw they sold for about $130 on-line. I looked on e-bay and found one for $25 + $15 shipping. It had only been used a few times and is mega-powerful and just wonderful. I'm not sure how it compares for all raw food needs, but it blends up the greens much better than my former one did.

I'm trying to keep things very simple for a number of reasons (shelf space, cost, and the knowledge that if I try to make raw too complicated, it'll be easier for me to slip into cooked food - which is absurd, when you think about it, considering all the pots and pans you use for cooking :D).
Basically, all I own is a mini food processor and mini blender (I live alone, so a mini is enough for me). I have period where I use the blender a lot to make morning smoothies but lately I've been enjoying just having fruit and nuts by themselves. The food processor I use a lot, mainly to make dips and chop up carrots for salad.
Anyone know if there's a mini juicer around :D?

I have an Excalibur one. It doesn't have to be that brand, but if you do get one, make sure you can adjust the temp so you don't cook your food.

loving life, thanks for the blender info! the next time I break a blender, I'll look into the l'equip. (I break blenders. Several times a year. :)).
Items I use the most:
14 cup cuisenart Food Processor (LOVE IT)
Vitamix - again love it
Juicer - Braun (would like a better one but this one works fine)
knives/veggies peeler/apple corer/measuring cups/spoons
Coffee grinder to grind up flax seeds, raw cacao, etc.
I started raw foods with my ooster kitchen center and it was fine but I found I needed something more powerful/larger so I upgraded.

Love!
Vitamix (what a world of difference from my old, crappy blender)
Wooden lemon/lime juicer thingie
A good cutting knife
Champion Juicer (although, I don't get alot of use out of it  )
Bamboo cutting boards. I feel so sustainable :p
Stacking stainless steel bowls with plastic lids.
Want:
Dehydrator. First thing I'm getting after my apartment is remodeled ;)
A *good* food processor
This neat cutting board/herb chopper thing I saw at IKEA
Anyone know where to find those soda can saver things? The plastic tops? I'd love to get one or more to use with my cans of coconut water :)
have and depend on daily: food processor, blender, knives and cutting boards
use sometimes: dehydrator and coffee grinder
want: vitamix! need a knife sharpener too.
