what to do with brazil nuts?

I bought a small amount of brazil nuts at the health food store just now and don't have any idea of what to do with them...

I rarely buy 'em - but I've just eaten them; stuff inside of a pitted date for a quick treat; some make and love brazil nut milk (I don't particulary care for it myself); and in that "Waffles" thread recently posted, someone posted a pancake recipe that uses them.
