Hi,

Do I store these in the fridge or in a basket on the counter?

Thanks,

Angelique

I just wanted to bump this up since no one has replied.
Anyone out there who knows the answer?

I freeze all my crackers and breads and such.

I put mine out on the counter since they only last for a couple of days aroundhere.

I have had very dried flax crackers in air tight jars that lasted for over a month, even two..
moister things, like the onion bread etc., I store in the fridge.

My "ritz" crackers are out, and they are fine, too..:)

Thanks everyone. Freezing is a good idea.

I bag it and put it the fridge. It is really not necessary to freeze it.

Mine are a week old at room temp in plastic containers. It is hot here in central AZ and we only just turned the air on this afternoon due to heat and storm blowing in. Mine were crispy dry. I am still eating them and they taste great. My corn chips however, are chewy moist and they are in the refrigerator.
