I would love to have someone's 30 day menu plan if anyone is willing to share theirs.
Does Alissa have one? I have the book and DVD's, but do not see a 30 day plan.
I do so much better with a planned out menu.
HELP!
Thanks so much everyone!

When I first started out, my menu was pretty simple. Actually, it still is and last month I started actually making serious attempts with the dehydrator. I am into combiing my foods. I try to eat most -if not all- of my fruits before noon but it doesn't always happen that way. I don't really measure anything but I eat 5 or 6 small meals a day and with the fruit, I try to grab what looks like about 2 servings, trying to make sure I am getting in at least 6 servings each of fruits and veggies a day.
Here is a weekly example:
SUN MON TUE
5 a.m. strawberries/ 2 oranges/ watermelon
8 a.m. kiwi fruit/ large ruby red/ more yummy melon
11- blueberries/ tangerines /honey dew
2 huge salad /bowl of tom.'s & cucumbers/asian noodles
5 big handful of cashews/ spinach & cherry tomatoes/shredded carrot & red cabbage
WED/ THU /FRI
5- raisins/ nectarines/ peaches
8- raisins/ fiji apples/ mango
11- grapes/ plums /pineapple
2- pecans/ guac. & r. lettuce leaves & tom.'s (tacos)/ big salad
5- huge salad /sliced b. peppers with dressing/ brazil nuts
Now this is just to give you an example. A lot of times, if I am eating the nuts I will switch them to an earlier time in the day and trade off with a fruit. You could take this weekly menu and switch it up for the remaining 3 weeks by doing things like
* making a list of all your fav fruits & veggies that you want to have
* think about things that are grabbable for eating on the run
* if you like, you can even add lara bars to your menu to fill in for one of the
time slots
* you might think about smoothies to supplement with a couple of the time
slots for a particular week
* if you have a dehydrator, you can prep things on the weekend and have
pizza/bread/lasagna/cookies/,etc. since you have the book and the dvd,
just take your time and read through it and watch the dvd
* if you find something that you like a lot, then you could make enough of
it that it would account for maybe meals for 3 days or more
I forgot to add Saturday in there - sorry, just noticed that. I hope this helps you somewhat. Basically, I am eating every 3 hours and nothing is in stone. Depending on what time my first meal is, I go from there and try to be mindful of eating every 3 or 4 hours. I try to eat 5 or 6 meals a day and make sure I have lots of veggie servings in a meal. I don't measure anything (unless I find myself being greedy, like eating tons of brazils or grapes or something just because I like them) and just listen to my body and try to combine foods. That's just me, we're all different; if you would like a full monthly sample, you can email me.
I hope this helps:)

In Alissa's book, chapter 11 (pages 63-73) Alissa has a 4-week plan laid out with the meals and the shopping lists for each week. You can sub with anything you like if certain dishes don't appeal to you.
