dehydrator ideas/tips?

yay!! i am so excited!! i just got my dehydrator in the mail!

I am not used to the whole schedule behind it... what should i make first? Tortillas? desserts? crackers? I think i want chewy....

Oh!! (jumping smiley guy!!) :D Flax seed crackers are the easiest ! but you want chewy- hmmmm lots of yummy stuff in Alissas book!! And the spicy tacos with the corn tortillas - are FABULOUS!!!;) BUT THE CALZONES LOOKE AMAZING!!!

Can you tell I've just recently been able to use my dehydrator too!! :D

I think i DO want to try the crepes... we get a lot of free strawberries and bananas... and, they sound delicious!

I got a nesco 5 tray.. but haven't had the chance to use it. I think i am going to make cookies tonight though!

I also have that Nesco model till I got me a Excalibur 9 tray model. Excalibur model is a lot better then Nesco model. My Nesco model is going to collect dust.

Whatever the dehydrator that Alissa will come out, more power to her. But I rather stick with more simple dehydrator as Excalibur.
