Hey everyone...
Just got some Coconut water, and im not sure what to se it for, anyone have any ideas?

Also, anyone know any good recepies for green smoothies, although i suppose that wouldnt be on this section? But if you know one off the top of your head that would be great, thanks.

So i've been soaking stuff, and it's really exciting. I dont have a dehydrator, and the option is apperantly not avaliable at the moment, so is it possible to make crakers, and other dehytrated items with out a dehydrator, if so, how, thanks for your help on my journey, i appreciate it.

I would never waste coconut water in a smoothie... for me, it's hard (and expensive) to get young coconuts so I cherish the water when I get it. I keep it in a glass container in the fridge and treat it like some seriously expensive exotic treat (which for me it is). I sip from it every now and then... aaaahhhh... I want me some coconuts now!

I either just drink it (yum!) or make a pina colada type of smoothie. Coconut water, banana, pineapple, maybe an orange or bit of mango, and a handful of romaine. I don't even notice the romaine in it and the flavor is wonderful!

Is your coconut water fresh ? Yes drink it, coconuts are a magical thing ! Coconut water with spirulina or green superfood powder, in a smoothy is like a NAtural BLOOD TRANSFUSION. Very good for you !:D
