Grain sprouts!

Ok, so if I am buying commercially bagged grains and beans from the grocery store, which ones are going to sprout? The experimentation is getting expensive but so far I've learned that barley doesn't sprout, buckwheat grouts sprout, chickpeas sprout, lentils sprout, and sunflower seeds labelled as "raw" will sprout. Anyone add to the list?
