Hello Doe and welcome. How amazing that your body let you know it wanted raw like that. And that you knew it was cooked food that was making you sick.
Great that your husband said he would eat whatever....wow...thats huge.
Sorry your health took a turn for the worse, but I am glad you are here and are listening to your bodys clues.
I had to laugh at your last paragraph.....it is so loving and yet so frustrating all in one when our partners wont be our enablers, isnt it? ;)
