How Do I Make Spaghetti

I would like to make spaghetti...What veg is best for a good out come.
I saw Alissa make some on her DVD but I can't work out what she is calling it... would any of you know how to get one, and can you get them in the U.K or would I have to look on the Internet.

Sorry I thought you were askign what the vegetable is called ;) the tool is a spiral slicer, also called a saladacco
