Finally found this recipe (don't know why when I searched for KFC it didn't show up, but when I searched for MAYO it did). ANYWAYS, WHAT to serve with this? I know that we don't HAVE to serve other foods with it, but I am still in the mentality of my kids can't just have a bowl of coleslaw for dinner. And I know dh would not be too happy with just coleslaw, but if there was other stuff there, he would be more happy to try it.
So any ideas? If you name a recipe, could ou please give the page number. Thanks.

I would say serve it with your favorite nut pate' (on crackers or rolled in nori sheets or rolled in collard green leaves, etc. or just eaten as is) or nut/seed "burgers" that have been dehydrated.
You could also (do you have an Excalibur?) take corn on the cob and rub them down with olive oil and a little sea salt and dehydrate for a little while OR since I don't have an Excalibur, I cut the corn off of the cob and marinate in the same olive oil/sea salt mixture (sometimes adding a little onion powder) and put that on the dehydrator. I do this because I don't like the super sweet, starchy taste of raw corn.
I don't do stuffed veggies, but maybe even some stuffed tomatoes, peppers or mushrooms might go well with it too.
