a quickie pizza dough?
I have some recipes that need to be dehydrated overnight but not any that can be ready in 2 hrs or less, i would really appreciate it.
Thanks.

2 hours? Hmmm. That may be pushing it. The nearest thing I could think of is to use a combination of zucchini, flax and seasonings. But even that may take more than 2 hours. Or you could do a flatbread pizza; maybe that'll take less time?
My suggestion would be to make up a bunch of pizza shells and freeze them.

Almond flour (leftover from making almond milk) mixed with garlic and other pizza spices is really tasty and dries super quick, especially if you made individual sized shells, and made them thin. But then you wouldn't have time to soften the toppings. Maybe do those separately and then put them on top once the shells are dried.
Just an idea.

I agree with the portabello suggestion.
Yum! Now I have a craving for one, topped with a fresh tomato.
