It would make life so much easier if it was, but I think it probably isn't.

What are your thoughts on it?

I do know that Nature's Path (Essene) Manna Bread is not raw. Someone once wrote to them and posted their response.

Yes, it is correct that it isn't raw. It is baked at a temperature above 105 (or what ever is the agreed upon temp that is too high for raw). But some place on the recipe section there is a recipe for Essene bread that I've made before and it was delicious. I don't recall that it was very time consuming either. I'll try and find it again and post the link.

I agree though, it would be so nice to just be able to go buy some. I get a bit tired of making breads and crackers myself!
