Hi
What a fantastic site this is, and a great bunch of guys on here...:)
I have been trying to go raw for some time...But seem to slip back into my old habits..:(
Not now as I just got Alissa's DVD and is so good with loads of information and it makes it look so easy, so I tried to do the one of the dishes, the one with raisin and walnuts and it was lovely:D
So this could be the a whole new start...
I'm going to get the book next and then I'm going to do the 30 day challenge...wish me luck....
I found Alissa living on live food on the internet so much information I feel this is the one:)... Well done Alissa and your team and all on this site... as I feel I found the key to go and stay raw....for a long time and even change my life...

Hi Gym!

Welcome! Thanks for your reply on my post too! The May challenge I was referring to is the 30-day challenge beginning in May. You can, of course, start the 30-day challenge at any time; in fact, I started today. I find the accountability of going raw with a group is helpful, so you might want to think about that.

Congratulations about making the decision to do the challenge - I'll be there with you!

Mary

Aloha gym - it's me again! I noticed on another post that you had asked Mary what the 30 day challenge is... I'm a newbie myself (being on day 23 of the April 30 day challenge) so I'm not sure If I'm explaining this correctly - but... The 30 day challenges are basically a group of us that agree to do 30 days of Raw lifestyle. We give each other support - and share information. We also keep a journal of our experiences on the 'journal section' of this website. It just helps us to stay Raw because of the 'accountability', and knowing that there are others out there doing it too! hope that helps!
