okay, i know there arent any suspect ingredients listed, but they dont proclaim "raw", so i dont know. i use it all the time but then again i only have 2 months so im not the most sensitive to what is and isnt truly raw. any experience here is appreciated. thanks

Braggs is not raw...however it does not contain wheat. Nama Shoyu IS raw but does contain wheat. I use Braggs because I am gluten intolerant. I feel its one of this 'do what makes you feel best' options.

Its my understanding that Braggs ACV is raw.
