I am so tired right now. And frustrated. i feel like i have have a fridge full of stuff and nothing appeals to me. i just want to sleep. (and can't, cause i still have to be with my kids)

Can people ask me those random questions about diet and lifestyle, to help me figure out what the problem is? cause i am at a loss...this is how i feel cooked... i guess i feel deficiant.

Sounds like you are detoxing. I'd say fix a green smoothie - drink it and see how you feel. Play a game with the kids. Go outside and take a walk. Don't keep thinking about how you feel. Sleep if you can, when you can. Your body is trying to fix itself.

two carrots, raisins, 1/2 red pepper, 1 strawberry and 10 oz. of water later....

MUCH BETTER.

i am wondering if in the continued transition to unadulterated digestion - if my body needs a little assistance. I think i may need to take a plant source digestiive enzyme (not w/every meal, just the ones i seem to think may be more difficult to digest) until my body becomes stonger .... ??

If you're tired and cranky - maybe you just need to shift gears? ;)

hypoglycemia...hence why the sugar helped! Just make sure you eat some protein with that fruit to keep the blood sugar up and avoid the vicious cycle in the future.

Protein or fat slows the metabolism of simple sugars so it doesn't get into the bloodstream TOO fast.

had the same thing... started taking a B vitamin w/B12 for the crankiness. It worked great - and my dh is so happy it did!
On one of the posts it was suggested I cut down on my fruit consumption a little bit and that I have more greens - so I started doing that too - and - I'm feeling better.

This too shall pass! ;) Jes keepin goin forward! You're doin great!

ooh - could you expound on that a little for me? Like, what are some good suggestions as far as protein/fruit goes? And, does this mean i need to eat *more* often? Would it also mean i am more sensitive to starches?

I *do* get a lot of greens... i am pretty good about that. My dh actually has to remind me to deat fruit! ;)

I have this problem all the time and am very confused myself. Thanks for posting. This is the whole reason I went raw in the first place. Today I slept a lot. I'm always tired. This is day 20 for me.
I am noticing that a lot of my tiredness and depression has to do with being stuck in this house all day. I am starting to resent my apartment because it is like the dungeon to me. I am a stay at home mom too. Going to the park is not enouph. I have to get AWAY completely, and maybe you should too. That's a good way to shift gears I think. I'm going to get some vit B-12 tomorrow and then take my kiddos to Malibu Beach.
Are there any beaches where you live? That could REALLY help wind you back up!
