Raw Foods to help quickly heal Bruising...

Howdy All...

In May I will be getting Laser Treatments, the Laser can cause bruising on the face. Not 2 intense, I hope. Anywhichkindaway, I was wondering what foods shall I stock up on to help them heal quickly?
