Hi Ka_Yun,
I saw an old post of yours that said you sprouted a brown/wild rice blend and loved it. I am going to try to add some "grains" into my diet and plain wice was my favorite when I was little. I would LOVE to sprout some brown and wild rice to try. What company was this rice? Do you know which companies/products actually sprout and taste good? thank you!

shur!!! ;)
I soak lundburg wild blend and wehani rices :) I liked them, soak for at least 2 days, but the longer the better I think (so I've heard, I jus can't wait that long :D ) its alittle chewy thou, but I like that
I've also soaked thai sweet black rice... only takes about a day, is super soft and so yummy w/agave necture poured all over :p

So...I can go to the store, buy some dried rice, sprout i just like I sprout beans and lentils and eat it? Seriously? This sounds too good to be true.... Don't have have to soak it first?

Just so everyone knows, the lundeberg rices are not heat treated, I contacted them to be sure before I had posted this and just received their reply...
"Dear Consumer:
Thank you for taking the time to email us. It is very important to us to hear from our consumers with their comments, concerns, and suggestions.
The only rice that goes through a heat treatment is the Wild Rice and that is in order to remove the inedible husk from the rice kernel. The temperature is around 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Our other rice does not go through a heat treatment process as we are able to remove the husk in another way."
wooo I just got the "wild blend" and it looks sooo delicious. It was muchos expensive though. It was my birthday present from my dad....*shrugs*. I have some soaking right now :)
