Veganaise is cooked. It is not raw. The product is marketed to cooked vegans and vegetarians.

You can make a mock mayo from equal parts of water and olive oil. Now I do this by taste so I don't have exact measurements. But for about each cup of that, add a teaspoon of cider vinegar, a few squeezes of fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste, pinch of dry mustard, bit of sweet Hungarian paprika and some onion powder. Whip it up with a whisk or use a blender. I use a small amount of arrowroot powder to thicken. This may or may not be raw. I don't know for sure. Even with the arrowroot powder, it will be runnier than real mayo, but the flavor will be much the same. Works very well for salads and such. I usually add some "Just Green Onions" and let them soak in it before adding to my salad. I just like the extra onion flavor.
