I know that eating yucky SAD food clogs up your system, turns rancid and causes awful health problems but when you see something so simple it reaaly makes you think. For years I have been watching these advertisments on TV about dishwasher powders and washing up liquid. Of course they show you how to get the "dried on caked food off your dishes to get them sparkly new". So if we see right infront of our eyes that cooked food sticks like poop on your shoe to your pots and pans can you imagine how it would look on the insides of your body and how it sticks to our poor old intestines etc?
Oh NO!!

Unfortunatly we don't have human washing up liquid to tackle those dried on stains!!!

I just wanted to share how sometimes we see things for years about how bad things are for us but never really "see" it.

My 2 cents:p

EDIT: Also this morning I had a big pint of green smoothie. The galss is still sitting next to my computer and it is still green and the residue comes away from the glass so easy! Good old Raw food!!!

Thanks for sharing... Its a good argument when you talk to "cookies"

The chemical washing up liquid for human bodies might be diurectika;)

Here's another thought this brought to mind:

Picture the inside of us-it is moist, right? So I was thinking that stuff wouldn't get stuck so hard inside us as it does to a pot or pan. But then I thought of putting a greasy frying pan in plain water with no detergent, and just keeping it moist. Okay, so it doesn't dry and get all stuck on really hard, but it sure doesn't go anywhere else either. The gunk is still there. The grease is still there. And you get that nice layer of "plastic-like" grease hardening on it as well over time. The equivalent of Cholesterol and Plaque in our arteries, right? Should be a no-brainer.

Nice analogy! I havn't thought of that, but it makes perfect sense!
