G'day mateys! :D
I'm from sunny Queensland, in Australia.
I recently watched Alissa's DVD and love it! I've only made the alfredo fettucine so far and it was delish. It gave me so much energy I was bouncing off the walls afterwards.
I've been pretty much a vegetarian for about 10 years and am slowly going raw. I just love the whole concept of raw but am sadly still addicted to processed sugars, and trying to wean myself off them.
Look forward to talking with y'all.
Cheerio!
:D

Welcome - I too was a "sugar" addict - I have been raw for only 3 weeks but loving it - I got over needing my sugar by making the great recipes for fudge and truffles for the first 2 weeks - worked great and now I don't even need them! There is so much energy eating this way and the last 2 days I have felt such "joy" which I have not felt in many years!!
I hope you enjoy your transition - this forum is great help
