For all you who are starting mid-month...:) wanna be challenge buds??

I am beginning mine tomorrow and have a strong sense that I am going to make it all the way through this time. After making some (inexplicably now)difficult decisions to free myself of some stressfull, less that joyous..LOL..associations/situations, I feel light and joyful as a bird>>:D

you are definitely a "force," (for good of course :-) and someone I am happy to have on "my" side..;)

about my numbers... I have gained some back.. :o but refuse to change the signature. :eek: It is not "real" weight, but mostly water and food in my gut Lol..which I think will go away in the first few days/week at the most of my eating all Raw.. I do not own it..LOL..I do not claim it..LOL...

I might juice for a few days too, but do not want to start out with a juice fast, but rather want to ease into it.


I had some stuff to take care of, some decisions to make about what I want to do and with whom, and to what ends I want to work, and share energies. I was finally able to face some things that seem so obvious now and do what needed to be done. (I am not being cryptic for cryptic's sake..lol..but do not want to talk about it in detail right now, in this venue.)

Anyhoo...I am not doing things I do not enjoy any more...at least not on a long term basis (I am not talking not cleaning the litter box or working out or something that I might just seemingly not enjoy because of my mind set, I am talking long-term "work"/ effort'focus)

I will give my energies/attention to things/projects which tend towards the creation of joy and peace...:D
