What else can I use my pizza crust for?

Hi,

I made pizza crusts with the calzone recipe (8 mini pizzas). I am definately making pizza with half of it, but I am curious if anyone has used it for anything else? It's too late to make it into a calzone. Thanks!

Can you just make some bread sticks for dipping in bruschetta or pesto later?

Freeze them for later:p

or sandwich bread? I'm going to do that with the pizza bread I have dehydrating. Or crutons? or a stuffing for mushrooms?
