hello everyone,
Just a quick note to say hello and introduce myself. I'm Liz and I live in Los Angeles. I have decided to go raw again after a couple weeks of letting cooked foods back into my life so I am challenging myself to 30 days at 100%.
I love most of the raw things I eat. I'm very adventurous when it comes to preparing raw dishes. I love to try new things to keep me interested.
I just sometimes miss my favorite cooked foods. Maybe because they are good or maybe because they are easy. Not sure.
I will have to remind myself that cooked foods, although i like the way some may taste, have done a number on my body and so they don't belong there anymore. :p
Ugh, in a couple of days, I'll remember why I'm raw. Right now, I'm just feeling the bloat.:D
If anybody has any advise, I'd love to hear it. I can alway use a little love and support .
