I just made this curry for Easter (my mom and dad are coming over and they're both trying to go raw) it's rawsome :)
big jar of soaked wild rice (i know, controvercial as to if it's really raw)
2 avocados
juice of 1 lemon
some pineapple
some cherry tomatos
curry powder
tumeric powder
garlic
celtic sea salt
whatever else you wanna add to it
blend the avos with the spices and lemon juice, mix in with rice and fruits...Voila!!! really easy, but soooooooo good :)

Um well, mine came in a package (or I got it out of the bulk bin). What's a big jar? 8 ounces? 16 ounces?
Well, hayell, long as it has two avocados in it, doesn't much matter now, does it? *giggles* Avos make anything taste good!
Yanno, I'm going to make a Coconut Curry soup for himself today. Think I'll start soaking the wild rice and make them together. Ummm, how long I have to soak the rice?
Thanks,
Injoy ~

Hmph! Well, I if I have to soak it overnight then, going to make the soup today ~ and something else. Not sure what. Maybe just a green salad or another sandwich. The soup is mostly for himself. I like sweets, he likes spicy. So, the coconut caramel cookies and almond milk are for me and the coconut curry soup is for him and the curried rice? Well, probably for us both. <G> I'll check back with you tomorrow on the rice dish. :)
Thanks for the update.

Hi, I have made some cookies in my dehydrater w/Almond meal, honey, vanilla, & they came out really good. Does anyone have any other recipes for cookies using the Almond meal from Almond milk?
Also, is a nut bag the way to go, as I am just using a metal strainer.
.
I just got my deydrater & I was wondering if you all just kinda mix stuff together & taste & make up your own delicacies. I've been doing a lot of experimenting. Mostly good results, but some bad...I let my Husband test some things first...LOL :)
Thanks...
Lana Q :p
I am following some recipes to the letter, but I don't have a ton of ingrediants yet.
