So Excited!

April 28th is when I take Alissa's Level 1 Chef Certification class. I am SO excited about it. I flirted with the idea for months, but never acted upon it until now.

I'll be taking Level 2 in June...that will allow me time to save up the $650 I need to register for the class. Then towards the end of this year or early next year, I will take the final class (Level 3, Teacher).

I know that a career in raw foods is my calling. I plan on starting my very own raw foods delivery service someday:D:)

that's so great!!! We need more raw food teachers and chef's EVERYWHERE!! While I was in NYC I kept thinking how great it was to have raw food restaurants so close and now I want to maybe open my own cafe or at least be a personal chef....

I'm on my way to taking the level II class as well!

I'll definitely need to buy a dehydrator after I finish Level 1. I don't want to use my roommates convection oven (the lowest temp is 100 degrees). I don't want to run up the electric bill up with it:eek:.
