OK- here's another crazy question. I was noticing there are quite a few raw smoothie recipes I have found that contain coconut oil. I read somewhere that coconut oil is very high in saturated fat. The jar of coconut oil I have confirms that fact .... yet it says - no trans fats.
Is ALL saturated fat bad for you? Should I avoid it all together if I have 10-15 pounds to lose?
P.S.- I had a major craving for chocolate today and bought a Lara bar Cocoa Mole flavor - WOW!!! LOOOOOVE it! :p
