Alissa's Chili

Man oh MAN is this stuff delicious. Made a big old bowl of it for our Marathon party yesterday - my SAD friends were all putting it on top of their hot dogs and hamburgers and raved about it.

Only problem? Nobody had better light a match near me.... :eek:

I have not made Alissa's, I'm so in love with the recipe from Rainbow Green Live Food Cuisine. Maybe I'll try hers, too. Feel free to post it if you want (my book is back in Chicago with my good raw friend!)

Yeah, that chili is da bomb, ESPECIALLY with the onion dip (which I make with cashews) on top!

I LOVE Alissa's onion dip. Imagine the chili in a corn-crust bowl with the sour cream and/or onion dip on it and a touch of the cheddar cheese. I want to sell chili at the restaurant, totally. Raw chili is great. I might make a chili-cheese wrap or pizza. Who knows. I would love to do a nacho platter, too. We will see. Totall raw mexican joint, hilarious!
