Kale chips work great...as we know.
what about using collards instead?
will they crisp up in the dehydrator too?
taste?
anyone tried this? I got a large bunch from the farmers market but don't want to waste them!

Yes, they work (at least they did for me) - I rolled up the collards and cut into thin ribbons as I would do if I were making cooked (or marinated) greens and then seasoned/marinated and dehydrated. I can't tell you how long as I didn't time, but they did crisp up and were delicious! I ate 'em all right off the tray! :o
