Hi guys,

I made some waldorf salad yesterday and the recipe called for 1/2 cup of mayonnaise. But I still have a bunch of the mayonnaise leftover that didn't go into that recipe. Any thoughts on what I should do with it??? It doesn't taste that great on it's own...but it really does have the mayo consistency now that it's chilled. Maybe I could do some sort of garlic/lemon aoli? I'm open to anything. Thanks!

Whenever I have leftover pizza cheese, sauce or spreads I just add it all to some crackers and call them "kitchen sink" crackers. They are always the best!!!

I have a dip recipe that calls for mayo as its base. You add grated onion, a bit of horseradish, garlic powder, curry powder and salt. I love it with sliced zucchini. Yum!

Add some pickle and maybe mustard and/or vinegar and make tartar sauce - then make a batch of Alissa's crab cakes. Yum!
