Well it depends where you wanna go. There are the Juice "feasters" who are using the program that Angela Stoke did that is created by David Raines which you need to pay for and down load etc. I've never looked at the program so if it is appealing, you can post in that thread and find more out.

Myself, I am with the "Fasting Bandits" some of us are old timers here with Alissa and created seasonal fasting thread,period juice fasts etc so you are more than welcome to join there......

Our infamous Star1919 has a fasting thread called "Fasting support " that entails juice and water fasters.

There is really no right or wrong---just wherever you feel comfortable.

Hi A.brand.new.me... Welcome to this site! As Miss Linda suggested, there's a group called 'Fasting Bandits Unite' with a variety of fasters, some have just started. Just post on that thread if you wish to join it. Or any thread you want to join in on. Wishing you a good fasting journey! :D
