Have you seen Karyn from the raw restaurant in Chi-town?

My mom gets MORE magizine. Its a magazine for women over 40. I decided to take what I think is the May issue. They have an extra issue that says " FIRSTS AFTER 40" I was reading about women and came across the Raw food restaurant owner Karyn Calabrese who is 59 and looks AWESOME!!!! I now keep it open on my dining room. I showed my daughter and was like THIS IS WHAT I WANT TO LOOK LIKE IN 30 YEARS! She is youthful and sexy looking at 59! If her age wasn't listed I would have thought she was 40!!!

I was eating there once and she was there and looked fabulous. Very vibrant, slender and youthful looking... Visually, (the only info. I have :-) she certainly is a great "advertisement" for long-term Raw eating. It is incredible to me how much of what passes for "normal" aging is really due to long-term diets of toxic foods...

From the neck down she looks 19. From the face up, maybe 45-50. Pretty impressive. Only one word describes her: FIRECRACKER.

Word around here is she was a model b4 raw, so she's got some impressive genes on her side, but you do not keep a body like that without something seriously helping out.
