Good Morning Beautiful Raw Peoples,
I have been having a hard time with some of the dehydrated bread and crackers and i could not figure out why they just did not taste good to me, in fact they were turning my stomach. I realized this morning when i opened my soaking flax for making my calzone that the flax was what was grossing me out! Now i know, but what can i use in its place, hemp seeds, sesame???

Flax is usually the binding agent. You can try psyllium instead.

Chia seeds too can be used...they are a binding/geling agent.

You can try sprouted flax. It is easier to digest
