Hi there, I guess i should introduce myself. I'm Kiah. I'm from the Sunshine Coast in Australia. ;)

I luv raw foods and healthy living.

I don't know many people that eat as extreme as me so I am glad to find a forum like this. I am happy to eat my raw veges for brekkie, lunch and dinner.

I feel and always look great and i know its coz i eat my veges.:D

Thanks for your replies people. I will have to try and get on here a bit each day so i can get to know the locals.

It's very exciting actually as most people think I'm some sort of extremist or diet conscious hippy (quite annoying really) just because i care about my bod and what goes into it.
